The competition occurs across the following days/times:

- Youth categories
- Masters categories
- Freestyle heats
- Solo battles

Friday 5 December, 9am-4.30pm:
- All Amateur categories

Friday 5 December, 8-9pm:
- Final - Amateur Female Salsa Solo category

Saturday 6 December, 9am-4.30pm:
- Open teams categories
- Open couple categories
- Open duet categories
- Semi-Pro categories
- Pro solo categories

Sunday 7 December, 8pm-9pm:
- Open finals (solos, couples/duets and teams)

Note (1) : All competitors must have completed registration & briefing before competition.
Note (2) : Ceremony of Trophies and Prizes will take place at the end of each category.
